Paula Lindo is a journalist, feminist, LGBT and women’s rights activist. She wants to educate others about the sexism, homophobia, misogyny and patriarchy that pervade today’s society. This blog will deal with issues of feminism, street harassment, rape culture and other women’s issues. She hopes that people’s attitudes and behaviour will change as a result, or at least get people to think about what is going on.
Since beginning this blog, Paula has begun writing on the arts in Trinidad for the T&T Sunday Guardian, as well as other areas. The blog will also be updated with these articles as time goes on.

I am happy to meet you and hope that society will reap rewards from your efforts.
Thank you. It’s nice to meet you too. I like the work that you are doing with your blog as well.
I am hoping to attack all Caribbean issues here, but I am part of a project with three friends -one from the USA; one South Africa and another a Barbadian like me – we are developing a site call feministsaliens. It aim at developing country’s gender issues- male & female relations, social, legal etc. So I will keep you posted.
